The Small Group Ministry: Life Up Close and Personal
Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. (Acts 2:46-47)

Like the theme song from the old TV sitcom "Cheers" said, we all need a place where everyone knows your name. Life Teams -- the heart of Covenant Church's Small Groups Ministry -- are like that. These intimate groups of believers -- small bodies within our larger church body -- offer regular support, fellowship and fun.

Perhaps more than any other Community Life ministry, Life Teams provide a place where church members really get to know one another -- up close and personal. The big church becomes small in these groups and our members emerge empowered, refreshed and strengthened to face life's challenges.

Life Teams are as varied and creative as our membership. Some Life Teams specialize in prayer, others focus on particular family needs, while still others are built around members' interest in a particular activity or sport. Some groups just meet to share friendly conversation and a good meal.

As their name implies, Life Teams ooze life. We hope and pray you'll find your Life Team today.
