The new Tech Support Outreach, a department of the IT Ministry of Covenant Church, will be available to help you with your basic computer, laptop, printer and software issues. 

Have a PC that just won't act right?

Can't figure out how to install that stick of memory?

Ever find yourself lost in a sea of error messages, virus infections or massive amounts of spam?

Well, we have volunteers that can help you.  Our volunteers have been hand-picked for their technical expertise and are ready to help when needed.  All you will have to do is click on one of the links to the right to access our Technical Support System.  Upon registration and login, you will be able to submit an issue, check the status of an existing issue and access other resources that will allow you to resolve the problem yourself.  You can also send an email to techsupport@covenantchurch.org and your email will be automatically converted into a ticket in our system.
